By accessing or using Inksouls.VIP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Inksouls is a curated platform for sharing AI roleplay character cards, lorebooks, and system prompts. The Platform allows registered users to browse, download, create, and share content designed for use with AI language models.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Inksouls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that depicts or promotes illegal activity
• Upload content that depicts minors in sexual or harmful situations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

6. Content Ratings

Content on the Platform may be tagged with maturity ratings. Creators are responsible for accurately rating their content. The Platform reserves the right to re-classify or remove content that is improperly rated.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Inksouls is not responsible for the output generated by AI language models when using content downloaded from the Platform. Users assume all responsibility for their use of downloaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inksouls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
